Class-Related Terms & Conditions

• Regular Attendance: Students are expected to attend classes regularly according to the scheduled timetable.
• Homework: Students must complete all assigned homework on a daily basis.
• Following Instructions: Students must follow all course guidelines, rules, and instructions properly.
• Prior Notice of Absence: Students must inform the authority in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled class for any reason.
• Makeup Classes: If a student misses a class, Hafi English will make every reasonable effort to arrange a makeup class on Friday. However, this is subject to availability and the overall class schedule.

Payment-Related Terms & Conditions

• Payment Deadline: Monthly fees must be paid within the first two days after the end of each month.
• Payment Policy for Course

Discontinuation: If a student wishes to discontinue the course for any reason, they must inform Hafi English. The following payment policy will apply:

• Immediate Notice: If the student informs the authority promptly, they must pay the applicable fees for all classes already conducted during the current month.
• Notice After Half the Month: If the student informs the authority after half of the month has passed, they must pay 50% of the monthly fee.
• Notice After the End of the Month: If the student informs the authority after the month has ended, the full monthly fee must be pa
